Plot: On Christmas morning, a 14-year-old boy falls from the top of a school building. The police announce the boy's death as a suicide and his parents are in agreement with the report. Rumors though quickly spread about the boy's death. An anonymous note is then received by the police. The note claims that the sender was a witness during the boy's death. The note also claims the boy was killed by three troubled students at the school. To protect the students, the police hides the anonymous note, but a reporter gets the note. The situation then becomes uncontrollable. Another student dies in an accident. Students are hurt by the situation and decide to hold a trial by themselves to uncover the truth.
Sukaretto says: p.s. major spoilers ahead. [read at your own risk.] I have mixed feeling about this movie(s). Let me say first that the kids did a great job. Others may find the build up boring, because it took 2 movies. But I think every element in the movie was esssential for the ending. Others may also find the ending frustrating. I already assumed what happened even before I started with part 2, the reason why I watched is because I wanted to know how things happened. I won't go much into details because I don't want to drop major spoilers despite the warning. Anyway, bullying sucks. At least these kids did something about it, although it's too late. But they did still do something. The moral of the story I guess is think before you act, the world does not revolve around you. You don't know what situation other people are in, the same goes for them. And just be kind, treat other people how you would want them to treat you. This is hard. I've been trying to live by these words but... yes, I'm still trying hard. XD
