Ok Post long time in coming...

Since Spring War, Frank and I have been on a only Slightly modified version of the "You are what you eat" diet.

This means we can eat all the fruits and veggies and some white meats (not pork!) as we want. No refined sugar if we can help it, no caffiene, no red meats, no potatos, no processed wheat, no white rice etc.

I've also started taking some supplements that should help me out, Trying to consistantly get in a multivitamin, a zinc, 2-3 L-Tyrosine, a folic acid, an acidophilus, and a couple cranberry suplements etc in each day. We'll probably add additional ones to the collection, but going to start with these and add to them as Healthy Diet = Super expensive!

We are also trying to up our excercise as well.

Sundays, Fleet. If you don't know, you may not wanna and if you do, that one word says enough.

Mondays are our traditional weigh-in date.

Already I can feel/see the "back creases" going away and my belly (some of those supplements apparently help fix issues that cause belly fat build up) is going down.

Our modifications are allowing Teas for caffiene, Spicy Foods, and tortillas in moderation.

We are going to try and keep this up until Dragon*Con, Party at Dragon*con (Rice, Potatos and Beer Baby!) and then try to figure out what we need to do to maintain comfort and joy in our diet afterwards.

I'm not going to completely give up everything because of something someone says in a book, but I'm not going to totally disreguard the effects of what goes in to my body.

Benefits: Being Healthier, looking better when I bellydance, and hopefully looking HAWT at Dragon*Con.
