Hungry.
I am so hungry I can barely stand it. Eat you say? Well I would, and I have and I will again, but it won't solve this insatiable hunger.
The doctor has prescribed me this medication that I take once a day to gain weight. I can't seem to keep my weight up, and as a matter of fact, it's dropping. I was down to 96 pounds. But taking this medicine sucks because I've never been so hungry in my whole life...it's driving me crazy! I'm up to 98 pounds now, which is good, but I just had a sandwich 40 minutes ago and I could swear it's been days.
*growl*
Christ. I can't wait until I'm done taking this so I can enjoy being full again. At least it's just for a month or until I gain 5 to 10 pounds.
I know this is like whining, but hey, I can do that, it's my journal...and I'm still frickin' hungry! Man what I wouldn't do for some delicious food that was already made so my lazy ass didn't have to do it. I made myself the sandwich...I can only be expected to do so much.
I made a Pot Roast with potatoes and carrots for mothers day...only to have mom come home and say she was too sick and needed to be taken to the hospital. So she and dad went to the ER and Kenny and I ate the food. I had three helpings...big ones, too. There was lots left over so mom and dad got to eat some today, but it was still a little disappointing. She's not sick by they way... they don't actually know what was wrong with her...so they pumped her full of medicine so she wouldn't be in pain and so she'd stop throwing up and sent her home. Totally awesome.
Tomorrow I'm off to finish a Dungeons and Dragons session that was started last week. Yes, I said Dungeons and Dragons. I'm the planets coolest Bard. I also now play the miniatures game. That's right, me. I don't care if you played it once and it sucked, I also played it and it sucked, but it's not so bad this time around. Can't always just give up on something so fast, 'ya know?
Other than that I have only taken other small leaps in to loserdom. I have picked up Magic:The Gathering. Hadn't played that since like the 7th grade or so. I enjoy that game immensely. It makes me quite happy. Plus, I almost have a full set of Plainer Chaos...which excites me. I have an easier time accepting the fact that I'm a Magic player than I do D&D...something about that game....
This post seems as though it's gone on forever. And yes, I am still quite hungry. Thanks for your concern. I suppose I'll go find sustenance before I die. Here's to hoping you weren't killed by boredom in reading this.
