It's been a little over a week since I've put any serious effort into dieting. I'm back on it starting today, though I still don't know if I've a serious attitude towards it.
As for accomplishments, I managed to read three books in six days: excellent.
I'm not back at the beginning, with weight loss attempts. I managed to keep off 6.5 pounds. That isn't bad, all considered. I still need to put in at least a little exercise time today. At least I've started charting things again.
