I've been doing better with my weight loss attempts this week. So far, I've had three consecutive days of dieting and/or controlled eating. Part of the credit goes to my husband, for kicking up our workouts a notch (we are now walking daily, rather than every other day).
Today, after our morning walk, we went to a few stores in search of two specific movies. I was tempted to have chips while watching 'Texas Chainsaw Massacre'. I opted to use the exercise bike instead (afterwards having some tequila shots). If I make it through these next seven days by staying on target with my diet, I'll know I'm in the zone.
