This Weekend--Spring Cleaning
This weekend princesskasell came down to my place to relax and have some fun. C was going to be out of town most of the weekend, so it was perfect timing to have a girls day. I picked her up at the train station @ about 11:30, we went straight from there to Starbucks than Michael's. I wanted to check out this sale I'd seen in their flyer from last week. Gawd I love going to craft places. It gives me ideas for all these hobbies and crafts I love to do or would like to try. After Michael's we went to Walmart and picked up a bunch of girlie products and than a bunch of storage containers. The plan was to organize our condo and get it looking like a home instead of a storage yard and than after that do girlie things.
We tackled everything from C's room, to the front room/kitchen and even got 7 loads of laundry done to boot. We kicked ass. We started around 1 and finished around 9 something. My back was aching, but I was so happy with the results, it didn't matter. Princess and I talked for hours even after that and played some WoW to wind down a bit, didn't get to bed until about 2am. Now I have my beautiful pictures and knick knacks up and I feel like I'm walking into my home now. There's still a few things to organize and put away in the bins I got, but if you had seen the place before, you would be impressed with what got done.
Sunday I woke up around 9/9:30 and saw the Princess was awake playing with my cats, I went into the room and we chatted for a good 2 hours before finally going to the front room to have some coffee. I got out the waxing stuff I'd gotten the day before, and tried to wax my own legs. Didn't too bad, tis hard to get the back of your legs tho, I just don't bend that way anymore LOL. Around 4 or so I took Princess back to the train and came home and sorted through paper work, managing to get a little bit more done. Yeah
Thanks Princess for all your help and companionship. It was a nice weekend.
