I'm procrastinating as usual. I don't work well without frequent due dates. Hence I can do school but I can't do science. This is slightly worrying.
I'm also contemplating about next co-op term. It's the last one and a double one (Jan-Aug). The good thing is I can choose to take two separate jobs or do just one. Obviously I'm leaning toward two but...WHAT? And WHERE? Ideally I'd want to go to Europe. But this can be quite complicated. I don't want finances to be a problem, I'd get a loan if I have to. However, who wants an undergrad for 4-8 months there? I'm not sure at all. USA is mostly out of the question, Japan would be sweet but difficult with language, Canada I've seen most of what I want to see at this point. Waterloo is a definite no, though being within driving distance could be good. The problem is I want newnewnew but this way I'm potentially ignoring good opportunities. I'm also seriously considering trying out the industry. Academia is my thing in terms of values, but maybe try for experience? Decisions decisions. I kind of like the uncertainty of my future. If there is one thing I can't stand is being in one place for too long.
