Well, I got attacked by the geeks today, and by attacked I mean they just randomly started hitting on me after I made the mistake of showing of my madd multiplication skills in front of the whole class. *turns red*
Other than that, one girl got into an arguement with the teacher that I thought was a very valid arguement. Well, we had chosen our seats, and the teacher said she was going to put us in a seating chart to learn our names, and explains that we have 6 tables, and she will count us off to determine where we will sit. So this girl, finding the obvious irony, gets into an arguement about how the number system is not a logical system, and if she is going to do that, why not just let us sit where we want. The teacher took it offensively that a senior in high school had more common sense than she did. I thought the point was very valid.
Lunch sucks! We have a new stupid card thingy where they scan our ID cards instead of taking tickets, and it is so SLOW!!! It suxx Hard!! Oh, and before lunch time I was trying to get TO lunch, and it was like being a cow in a herd. I mean, I was trying to turn right, and the herd was going straight and I couldn't COULDN'T, as in COULD NOT escape. I had to go straight, and do a big loop to get to my spot. Man, too many freaking people. We have 2700 students, and all of them have to eat in the SAME FREAKING BUILDING!!! I mean, the VFA, or as of now South building is just fine, and the lower classmen are supposed to eat there, but do they, NO!! They herd all 1000 of them into our cafeteria.
Oh, and they changed the names of the buildings from VFA (Vocational and Fine Arts) building, and the Main building to the North (Main) building, and the South (VFA) Building. They didn't want it to seem like the Main building was where everything is good, but you know what, the Main building is the MAIN building. Cuz get this, all required classes are in that building with the exception of a few electives, and the VFA is ALL electives!! So therefore, the Main building is the main building, and they should not have changed the names. It is stupid.
Oh, and they got a new counselor, so guess who got him in her senior year. . .yup, me! I had a really nice guy before, and now I have a total newbie asshole who treats people like numbers, and is more interested in talking to the other counselors than the students he is supposed to help. Ooh great choice there, huh? I am really upset about this.
Anyway, the Quote of today was randomly picked from a randomly picked book by opening a random page and putting my finger on a random line.
QUOTE OF THE DAY: "The first grey light was streaking the horizon over the sea when at last the ambulances, followed by a long cortege of the townspeople's cars, crept slowly across the causeway and allong the road toward Sea Oaks."
