Massive arts/crafts destash.

Aug 22, 2008 16:04

I am moving from Chattanooga to Cartersville, GA, just north of Atlanta, and will be bringing with me an absolutely staggering collection of art and craft supplies, including but not limited to:

Beads and beading supplies (mostly glass, including seed beads, hand blown, art)

Premo brand polymer clay in almost all colors, much of it unused

50 to 60 unmounted rubber art stamps

Vintage collage/scrapbook ephemera including Asian, travel, old books, newsprint

High end scrapbook paper, stamp pads, ribbon, metal letters, altoids tins High

quality wool and designer yarn, addi turbo knitting needles

Vintage fabric including barkcloth, quilting materials, old buttons, thread, lace, linen, 70+ zippers, assorted sewing notions.

I am willing to put together "lots" of items for a fixed price of $25 for a regular sized and $45 for a large lot. You can specify what type of items you're looking for and I will try my best to accommodate any and all special requests. If you live far away and are interested, I can cram a priority mail flat rate box completely full for $30.

I will also do my best to take photos of a selection of the items in question, but you can see some of the images of my stash here:

I have a huge studio right now and am moving into a small apartment, and want all of my beloved art treasures to end up in the right hands.
This does not need to go to one person, however I would be willing to sell the entirety of the lot for $600, which is far less than what it is worth. I will respond on a first come, first served basis and will let each person know what their number is in the line.

Here's the craigslist ad about the same thing: http://chattanooga.craigslist.org/art/808287095.html

Feel free to tell your artsy friends! You can send me a message from the craigslist ad, or to fire.shrimp at yahoo so i get the message right away on my phone.
