Evil Zone.
I don't know if Evil Zone should really be a guilty pleasure, admittedly, because it was awesome. It was cheesier than a bag of mouse farts. When you played it in story mode, the cutscenes were presented like episodes in a (badly-dubbed) anime series, and the characters all resembled expats from different genres. The voice acting was wonderfully terrible, and
every attack was completely OTT and required the characters to shout nonsense at the top of their lungs in order to make it as EPIC AS POSSIBLE. Playing Evil Zone was like having an entire library of shitty 90s anime fall on your head, although mercifully without the godawful harem 'comedies' included.
Kaiya's cutscenes were the best, because they resembled a nonsensical agony aunt column:

While the in-game graphics now look very dated (I've seen a few people say that they were good for the technology of the time, but I've always thought that they looked pretty awful compared to other fighting games such as Soul Edge, Star Gladiator, or Tekken 3), Evil Zone did have a pretty good opening cinematic. Sadly, the NA and EU releases scrapped the intro song that was originally in the JP version, replacing it with some awful techno pap.
