Chapter Seven -
So do I have to be a mother to all these children?
Kazuya sighed as he walked towards them.
“Yuki-kun, isn’t it time for you to go to school? And Jin, you’re supposed to go to work aren’t you?” Kazuya eyed the four of them specifically those he mentioned but they didn’t even look back at him.
“Wait Mommy, one last round, please?” Yuki pleaded but Kazuya just looked straight past him.
“Yeah Kazu, we haven’t had fun like this in ages,” Jin complained and Kazuya still didn’t budge.
“I’m sure it won’t hurt if they become a little late right?” Yamapi grinned and Junno nodded in agreement as they continued playing.
A few seconds later, the four of them didn’t feel Kazuya respond but could still feel his presence there. After another round was over, they all looked at Kazuya and suddenly got chills because of the glare that the latter was making.
“Uh…Um…Yuki! I already told you to go prepare for school!” Jin told Yuki while sweat dropping and the latter just pouted at him and whispered, “No you didn’t,”
Yamapi chuckled nervously as he pushed Jin and Yuki to their separate ways for them to get prepared. “Now why don’t you two just go and prepare already? Erm…You don’t wanna be late, right?” He said nervously and Kazuya still stood there, arms crossed and staring at all of them pointedly.
Finally, Jin and Yuki ran into their respective rooms while Yamapi and Junno first stared at each other and then asked, “…We can still continue playing right?” They were lucky that Kazuya finally relaxed and nodded and left.
The two that were left grinned at each other and continued playing.
-
Kazuya went to Yuki’s room and smiled as he saw his “son” trying so hard to tie his shoe laces. He chuckled and went closer to the younger boy.
“Want me to help you with that?” Kazuya smiled. Yuki smiled back but slightly shook his head, “No it’s okay. I’m sure I could do it, Mommy. You’ll see!”
Kazuya chuckled at this and went to sit beside Yuki on the bed.
“Come on, let me see,” Kazuya called and the younger one finally gave in. He smiled as he looked at the tangled piece of work Yuki has done and taught him how to tie it properly. “Here, you take each string first then you create a knot and loop them around like this,” He said as he did one shoe and let Yuki do the other.
It did take Yuki a few more tries but he did get it eventually. “Uwaa…Thanks, Mommy! See? I could do it now!” He explained as he tied his shoes again and again and this just made Kazuya chuckle louder. “Yes, you can. Now come on, have some breakfast and I’ll drive you to school,”
“Really? Thanks Mommy!” Yuki jumped up and down and kissed Kazuya on the cheeks. “But can I go to your room first? I want to show Daddy that I managed to tie my shoes on my own!” He grinned and Kazuya nodded. The former squealed in delight and ran across the hallway with Kazuya following behind with Yuki’s backpack in hand.
“Daddy, Daddy!” Yuki opened the master’s bedroom’s door and found Jin changing into his usual coat and tie.
“Hello Yuki,” Jin smiled as he let the tie around his neck loosen for awhile.
“Look Daddy! I already know how to tie my shoelaces! Mommy’s really great in teaching me,” Yuki bragged as he showed his father how he tied his shoes. “That’s great, kiddo.” Jin said as he ruffled Yuki’s hair, showing off a sign of being proud.
“Can I tie your necktie again?” Yuki asked innocently which made Jin ruffle his son’s hair more. “Sure, why not?” He sat beside Yuki and allowed him to take over his necktie.
“Wow, he learned how to tie a necktie first than his own shoelaces?” Kazuya entered the room chuckling.
“Is there any problem with that?” Jin chuckled as well while Yuki concentrated on making the knot. Kazuya shrugged and just watched the young boy work his way through the tie.
“Is this okay?” Yuki asked as he looked up. Jin nodded as he saw the work Yuki made. It was kind of wrinkled but it was already perfect for a 5-year-old like him. “Daddy, when do I get to wear some clothes like yours?”
“Hmm…When you also become a great businessman like me,” Jin carried his son as they both stood up from the bed. “And I’m sure you’d be a great one,” He added and Yuki just nodded in agreement.
Kazuya smiled at them but then said, “You know, you guys are really going to be late if we don’t go down and have some breakfast,”
Jin nodded and carried Yuki down the stairs and went off to get some breakfast.
-
After breakfast, Jin said goodbye to them and drove off to his company. Kazuya and Yuki did the same and buckled up to go to school.
“I’m really happy you’re going with me to school today, Mommy. You usually don’t do it so I’m happy!” Yuki exclaimed which made Kazuya look at him for a second when the stoplight turned red.
“What do you mean your Mom-I mean, I don’t usually do it?” Kazuya blinked.
“Well, you always say that you still have stuff to do so you won’t be able to take me or fetch me from school,” Yuki murmured and Kazuya swore he heard a hint of sadness. “But that’s okay, I’m happy that you’re here,” He smiled and Kazuya just smiled back.
“Well guess what? I get to take you and fetch you from school everyday from now on!” Kazuya declared and Yuki smiled in glee. “Really? You will! Yay!” And Kazuya just couldn’t help but chuckle at the younger one’s cuteness.
They finally got to the school and both of them went out of the car. Kazuya got Yuki’s bag and held his hand as they walked to the entrance of the school. “I’ll pick you up here at noon, okay?” Kazuya said as he crouched down to be face-to-face with Yuki. The latter nodded obediently and Kazuya patted him on the head.
“Good boy,” He said as he helped Yuki put on his backpack and gave him a kiss on the cheek which the latter gave in return. “Don’t fight okay? Listen to the teacher and never talk to strangers once class is done,” Kazuya said and Yuki listened to every word he said.
“Yes Mommy,” Yuki smiled and gave one final kiss and waved goodbye to his Mommy and ran off. Kazuya smiled as he waved back and went back to the car.
“Wow, who was that Akanishi?” one boy asked when Yuki got inside.
“That was my Mommy!” Yuki said proudly as he sat on his desk.
-
Since Kazuya got permission to go back to his apartment for awhile to get some stuff, he also took some time to buy something for Yuki. He passed by a toy store and bought a little remote control car that was sure would make the younger one happy.
Just as he got in the car, his cell phone rang and was surprised when he saw the name that was displayed on the caller ID.
“Jin? What’s the problem?” Kazuya asked.
“Hey, where are you?” Jin asked from the other line.
“I just got my stuff and bought something for Yuki and I’m heading home now. Why?”
“Listen, I just got called by the Principal from Yuki’s school and he’s expecting us to be there as soon as possible,”
“What? Why? What happened?”
“Well, it seemed that Yuki got into a little fight and his attention got called and it seemed ours have been called as well,” Jin shook his head as he told what happened.
Kazuya nodded. “Okay, I’ll see you in school,” He was about to hung up when he suddenly heard Jin’s call. “Wait! No, go home and I’ll get you there,”
This made Kazuya blink and asked, “What?”
-
“Wow, he’s gorgeous!”
“I could just date him right now but I’m no homo,”
“Yeah, he looks good, doesn’t he?”
Three pairs of eyes ogled at Kazuya who is now dressed in a simple pink button-up blouse, fitted jeans and high-heeled shoes. Not to mention wearing a wig that is the same color of his true hair only tied up in a long ponytail.
This is ridiculous.
“Why am I dressed like this again?” Kazuya stuttered as he observed himself.
Yamapi wrapped an arm around his shoulders and said, “Because this time, you’re going to convince many people that you are a woman and Jin’s-unfortunately-wife,”
“Hey! What does that mean?” Jin whined in the background only to be ignored.
“You should be grateful that this is all that is asked for you to be worn,” Junno convinced and Kazuya just sighed. “If you can’t pull this off, I don’t know any other person who can,” Junno said.
“Well, Tat-chan did do something this daring before right?” Yamapi blinked and Junno looked at him and suddenly nodded. “Oh yeah, for Jin right?” And the two got into a conversation.
“We’re back into that conversation again? Jesus Christ!” Jin face palmed and looked at Kazuya who was really looking like a mother right now.
He’s so…beautiful.
Nothing changed.
“Besides Kazu, you can’t say that this is breaking your rules being the situation is clearly demanding this,” Jin grinned and Yamapi and Junno blinked.
“Rules?” Both of them asked as they tilted their head on the side.
“It’s a Kazuya thing,” Jin sighed.
“Well, you gotta go now, right? We wish you both good luck!” Junno and Yamapi said when they pat Jin and Kazuya on the back.
They waved until Jin and Kazuya finally got into the car and drove off to the school.
Awkward silence wrapped around the scene but it didn’t when Kazuya tried to start a conversation on the way.
“So, what did Yuki do to catch attention?” Kazuya asked and focused on the road just like Jin. “Well, it seemed that he got into a fight,” Jin replied as he turned on the next street.
“Fight? What for?” Jin shrugged at that question. “I’m surprised actually. I knew there were some parts of Yuki being naughty, being a kid and all…”
Yeah, and being your son. Kazuya snickered in his mind.
“But this is the first time I’ve ever been called. I think this is more serious than before,” Jin said and Kazuya could just nod. I wonder.
-
“Excuse me, Mr. Matsumoto. But Yuki’s parents are already here,” the secretary asked and Matsumoto Jun just nodded.
“Send them in,”
Yuki frowned in his seat and just looked down, not knowing what will come.
The door opened and Kazuya and Jin got inside. “Please, sit,” Jun offered and the two sat down beside Yuki. Jin saw how Jun looked at Kazuya and he didn’t like it one bit. The look was of interest…and a tint of lust. He glared at Jun pointedly but the latter didn’t notice it and just observed Kazuya who was now looking at Yuki worriedly.
Jin knew that deep inside he was jealous and protective to Kazuya. He always had been and never let anyone touch Kazuya no matter what. So he cleared his throat to get the Principal’s attention and successfully did so.
“So Matsumoto-san, what happened?” Jin asked emotionlessly.
“Oh, right,” Jun said and turned to Jin. “Well, as I’ve said on our phone conversation awhile ago that Yuki here got into a fight,” He turned to Yuki after that.
“Yuki?” Kazuya called and managed to get the kid’s attention to look at him. “What happened? What was the reason of the fight?” He asked.
Yuki looked at the Principal first, then his father, then at Kazuya and looked down again. “Mikami started it,” He started. “Mikami?” Kazuya blinked. “He’s my classmate,” Yuki answered.
“Wow, who was that Akanishi?” one boy asked when Yuki got inside.
“That was my Mommy!” Yuki said proudly as he sat on his desk.
“What? That’s not true! You’re mommy’s already dead!” another boy said who, apparently, was with another 2 boys of the same age.
“Take that back, Mikami!” Yuki said angrily as he glared at the boy who was slightly bigger than him.
“No! Your mommy’s really dead! If that was really her, then your mommy turned into a zombie!” Mikami accused and the 2 boys behind him nodded in agreement.
“Yeah! Your mommy became a zombie!”
“She already died before, you can’t take her back!”
Yuki’s blood boiled and launched at the 3 boys who were insulting his mother. And that was the scene where their homeroom teacher and managed to break them apart.
“Oh, I see,” Kazuya said as he patted Yuki’s head which made the latter suddenly get up from his seat and sat on Kazuya’s lap and cried on his chest. “It’s not my fault! They were so mean to you and were calling you a zombie!” Yuki sobbed into Kazuya’s chest and held on to his shirt.
“If Yuki wasn’t the only one who got part of the fight, why were his parents the only ones who were called?” Jin asked and still glared at Jun.
“Don’t worry, Akanishi-san. I also called for the parents of the others who have yet to come,” Jun sighed.
Kazuya continued on comforting the younger one as he then asked, “I believe that this is enough. It’s natural for kids their age to fight right? Besides, Yuki did it because he was defending me, am I right Yuki?” And he felt Yuki nod on his chest.
Jun nodded as well. “We now understood this situation but we clearly hope that this won’t happen again,” He said and both parents nodded.
“It was nice talking to you and thank you for understanding,” Jin acknowledged his face still expressionless and stood up and shook Jun’s hand.
Kazuya just smiled at the principal which Jun gave in return but Kazuya couldn’t also shake his head due to Yuki being in his arms. “I think it’s best if we take Yuki home now for awhile. He’ll go back to school tomorrow. I’m so sorry for the commotion,” Kazuya apologized and Jun just shook it off.
“It’s no problem at all, I appreciate you coming all the way here,” Kazuya nodded and was about to say goodbye but Jin beat him to it and dragged both of them out of the room quickly.
Kazuya was shocked at this and found it very rude but Jin didn’t say a thing until they were finally back to their car and sat inside. Jin started the engine and finally drove off.
“Jin, what’s wrong with you? That was really rude of you to suddenly drag us out of the Principal’s office you know,” Kazuya complained and Yuki just stayed in his arms and stared at his parents.
Jin just glared and kept his eyes on the road.
“Jin!” Kazuya tried to make Jin answer. The latter just growled when he suddenly turned onto the next street with great speed making Kazuya and Yuki squeal in shock. Jin tried to calm his nerves and stopped the car for awhile on the side of the street.
“I hate that principal, that’s all,” Jin whispered low but Kazuya could hear him properly.
“Why?” Kazuya asked worriedly.
“Didn’t you notice how he looked at you? It just made me want to pop his eyes out and knock him to death,” Jin groaned and Kazuya sighed. Yuki, however just chuckled slightly at that.
“Don’t tell me you’re jealous, Jin. That’s really like you, you know,” Kazuya sighed.
“What?”
“Don’t even try to deny it, Jin. I have seen this side of you countless times before and I’ve known you long enough to understand your emotions,” Kazuya smiled and Jin had no retort to that. “So what are you going to do about it? Fight with Matsumoto-san too and get your attention called as well?” He laughed and Jin just pouted at that but still managed a smile.
“Maybe someday I will if he looked at you like that again,” Jin grinned and started driving again.
“You’re still the possessive Bakanishi,” Kazuya laughed. “God, no wonder many thought we were dating by the way you act,”
“Hey, you’re at fault too, you know! You even pretended to flirt with me sometimes,” Jin said.
“Who said I was pretending?”
“…”
“I’m kidding!” Kazuya laughed and Jin laughed as well. “Of course you were,” He winked at Kazuya’s direction which made Jin swore that he saw a tint of blush across Kazuya’s cheeks.
He looked at the clock and saw it was already past 11. “Hey, since we’re already out, why don’t we go for lunch?” Jin suggested and Kazuya looked at Yuki.
“Are you hungry, Yuki-kun?” Kazuya asked and received a nod from the little one.
“Okay then,” Jin said and turned another street to go to a restaurant.
-
It was a fancy restaurant, expected from a rich businessman like Jin. They sat down and got their food and started to eat. Jin and Kazuya chatted while Yuki stared at a family of four that was near to their table.
A boy that looked like the same age as him was playing with his younger brother with little toys and such. The little baby laughed along his older brother which made Yuki smile a bit. He suddenly looked down at his plate and frowned. Deep inside, he felt a pang of envy rush through him which made him frown deeper.
Kazuya noticed this and asked, “What’s wrong, Yuki? Don’t you like the food here?”
“Mommy? Daddy?” Yuki called when he raised his head and both adults turned to him.
“What is it?” Jin asked.
“Can I have a little brother?”
This made his father choke on his food and his mother’s eyes wide in shock.
EH?

Author’s Notes:
Did you know movies like The Pursuit of Happyness and Big Daddy are really inspirational? God! The Pursuit of Happyness made me soooo depressed and I managed to watch it 3 times and I don’t even know how I did it! It was sooo depressing that I wasn’t able to sleep the previous night and I even asked my friends if I could talk to them at 1:06 AM and I’m happy that
winairain was there to help me. ILUSM dear~! *glompshugskiss* It just made me so depressed because Will Smith’s character, Chris Gardner was so unlucky in his financial life that there was even a scene when he and his son had to sleep on the train station’s bathroom and I was like…”Shit, it must be really hard to be poor in America,”
After watching that movie, all angst fics flooded my mind and I couldn’t even cry myself to sleep after talking to
winairain on the phone but she still managed to cheer me up which made me love her sooo much! :DD And that movie even gave me inspiration to continue this but one of the reason I wasn’t able to update was because my computer crashed for more than 3 days and now he’s fixed! :) Yep, he’s a he. LOL.
AHEM. ANYWAY, ABOUT THE FIC.
So what’d you think about it? I got Kazuya cosplaying and Yuki did ask for a brother! xDD
To
jhisksan, I’m so going to kill you because there’s a hint of JunKame here and I blame you for it! xDD Tsktsk. Why, oh why, did you show me those JunKame pictures! *wails* LOL. But they look nice together though. *hits head on the wall*
…I got a new haircut! …And I look like a boy! xD My sisters are all saying it was a waste for me to cut my hair because the hair stylist got to cut 6 inches of my hair and now it’s short like Maki Horikita’s hair on HANA KIMI. LOL. XDD I don’t know, Celina forced me into it and she still hasn’t made that LJ like she promised me! :(( Tsktsk. Oh and because of this haircut, when my sister and her boyfriend and I went to a mall last weekend, I was wearing a really loose shirt and some long shirts and rubber shoes and suddenly 2 girls came up to me.
Girl #1: Hi, what’s your name? *flirty manner*
Me: O-O; …Huh? *low girl voice*
Girl #2: OMG. Are you a girl?!
Me: *nodnod*
Girl #1: OMG, we’re sorry, I thought you were a guy!
afsgjkhfldkf;d;sjfkdj! I don’t know if I’ll feel insulted or whatever but this made my sister and her boyfriend laugh like crazy! xDD
Oh and BTW, I also have a new fic coming and it's an angst one and I'm still trying to finish it but I hope I could before my computer crashes again. ^^;
Ahem. I guess I wrote too much. Comments are ♥♥♥! x3
