So I went back to the sex toy shop to see if we could maybe get a replacement for the failed clone-a-willy... after waiting for over 30mins the lady told me that the company would mail me more moulding mix (the part that went wrong). You can pick up moulding at any art supply shop, and it's generally cheaper. I made my mould, cast, and latex negative for under $20.
The only thing I'm lacking is a material for the final positive. I've done them in wax and chocolate, but I need something a little more durable..

OOh! I'll keep that in mind... it sounds like your mold took more work though. I dunno. You'll have to write me a How To. ;) j/k

Our kit came with everything we needed... including the stuff to make the actual replica... and a vibrator to put inside it as well. Too bad the mould didn't work.. but the company will be sending us more moulding powder for free so we'll try again.

What's the final material? latex?
I made the moulding negative, plaster positive, latex negative, and then various positives from that. I can't make a latex/rubber positive from the latex negative, because it'd stick. I could possible use silicone, but finding it in sufficient amounts could be expensive.
