I would like to pass a motion: William Beckett should no longer be allowed to wear clothes.
REASONS:
He frequently abuses fangirls (and boys) by raising his shirt to expose those beautiful hips and then lowering it, therefore stopping multiple orgasms all through the stadium.
He sprays on his clothes anyway
