Surprisingly, i still exist.
It's 2 in the morning and i'm back to my old vices again aware that because my shades are up i probably have flashed someone in the last 24 hours because i frankly don't give a damn enough to move out of the window's general vicinity i have three in my room so no matter where i go someone's getting a free show and i'm not going to obstruct my view of the outside world for a few prudes. Though if you bring a lawnchair outside my window i might have to slap you or drop a brick on your head as i am quite nicely situated on the second story.
As of yet i have yet to come up with any real definitive new years resolutions and i'm not going to stoop to something as cheesy and utterly ridiculous as world peace or eating a barrell of pickles.
I suppose if anything i need to
1. Make fun of people for being an imbecile less.
2. Go out more, a real concert or two would be nice.
3. have a more productive hobby than vegas scored draw three solitare and mindless emails.
4. Find an inexpensive way to make my nails look halfway decent
5. Stop being a half assed fan and actually read more than quotes on a website, viewing a movie rendition or reading a few pages i happened upon and actually read a novel by Oscar Wilde.
6. Find a way to stop having the same general resolutions every year.
that's the general gist of my rather inconsequential list of things for the new year
but on the bright side there is one thing conspicuously absent from this years list as i am happy to say I am in a meaningful relationship and do not have to beat myself up for not getting out there more or go on a series of awkwardly matched dates or eat a quart of ice cream realizing that me and that really gorgeous guy on television will never be an item.
Alas i have moved on to bigger and better things and my room is also not as perilously messy as it once was so damn the whole new years resolutions and i'll be happy with an attempt at any one of them cause right now i'm just happy. Slightly antagonistic and overbearing at the moment but damn happy...
