Everything happened. Everything rocks!
Two weekends ago I stayed over my sister's house with my siblings. We got to eat an amazing selection of pizzas. There was even quesadila pizza. That was happenin'. Monday I hung with Miss Hurley, and eventually caught up with Andrew just in time to see the Great White North destroy Boston.
There was some drama reheasal, some rescuing of princesses from the dark towers, some t shirt making, and then dragon slaying.
I went on tour Friday. That was the most amazing show ever. Girls were screaming for us. We were total rock stars. After we played The Godfather Part II everyone was ready to cry. We had to reassure the audience that we weren't really Harry Potter. It was just a song. I dont even think anyone clapped after that song. They were so stunned. And of course there was that new Angry Song that we play and I run around screaming into a microphone and whipping the cable around like Rich Lane. Man, thanks Rich wherever you are for teaching me to do that. It's so cool. Chicks totally dig it. But after I play that song I get so exhauste. It's hard to finish the set after that. I wrote Andrew WK a question about rock stamina. I hope he answers it. Cause I need some way to rock for prolonged periods of time and and to still rock hard without getting tired.
Is there such as thing as rocking out too much? I doubt it. That Ferry House was real cool. Ariana made us food and stuff. She was wicked awesome to us.
We totally should've stayed and slept at Vassar. Instead we went to my cousins' house, and we eneded up sleeping in the basement with a dog that licked ernie's face all night. That sucked. I learned my lesson. Sleep wherever the girls like you most.
Then Saturday the cousins made us waffles. That was tasty. We played a show at this elementary school teacher's backyard. That was fun. Their house was on a lake. That was insane.
Then we drove to Pennsylvania and Ernie got me and Paul listening to Manowar. "If you're not into metal than you are not my friend." That was so cool. It's kind of like the same energy Andrew WK has but a little different. With more killing and vikings and havy metal weird stuff goign on. Still full of intensity.
We got to my other cousins house in time for his birthday bash. He had a bunch of friends from work. We burned him a copy of the Andrew WK cd and the Manowar cd.
Sunday was the ultimate test of the abaility of kids to rock and roll.,
We played at Lenape Middle School in Pennsylvaina.
The kids there were so amazing. They had made flyers and put them up all over school and all over town. Most of them were all handmade too. So punk rock. Then this one girl made this oil painted backdrop for us to play against with Harry Potter's eyes and glasses. One girl made us a tiara. She even cut up her HP book covers to make it. It was so puink rock. But we lost it in the midst of our packing up. I feel so bad. All those kids were so nice. It was so cool. That show kicked even though I didn't play that clean. I never play clean though. I'm too sloppy. At everything.

But anyway that weekend was the best ever.
I need to rock more.
