unfortunately, i'll have to refute RHI... of the 4 times I've registered with them in the past decade, they've NEVER gotten back to me after the initial "come in and fill out paperwork and take our computer-based tests" visit.
now, i know what you're thinking... "oh, well, you're just lacking marketable skills." uh... no. not even the first time. my resume isn't the point, tho.
most recently (last year), i started jobhunting 3 months before my contract ended... including setting up with RHI again (they only keep your records for 2 yrs). they supposedly had potential spots when i talked to them, but i couldn't reach my "rep" for 3 months. when i found myself urgently seeking a job, i contacted them again and discovered that my "rep" had been transferred. nice. so, i "interviewed" again, talking to a new rep. again with no contact -- this time for 6 months! granted, by then i had my dream-job and didn't care. then they sent me an email to see if i'm still looking! *sigh*
so, at least the Galleria location of RHI has proven to be worthless for finding me a tech support/tech writing job.
