Let's Re-Cap the Weekend:

Oct 16, 2006 01:16

Friday:

Physical therapy with Ari - as always is stressful. I also worked at the front desk, where I didn't get lunch, and a chipmunk ran around behind the desk - again.

The I went to Montreal. T'was a shit show. Hotel - 1st room was someone elses....then we got the right room. Oy. Then the club - and yahhh. And about those text messages in french that will be costing me about 10 million next month.

Lets just say Sarah's french (like her sign language) is amazing when she is drunk.

Saturday:

Wake up in Montreal - feels like we're in middle school having a sleepover laying there giggling for two hours with my friends. We drive home, I shower, and then go to work with Ari.

We went bowling with Ari - I met his old aid, who enlightened me as to some things Ari could do - such as bathrooming himself....walking, etc. That his parents failed to tell me. Ari was really stubborn all evening, and rather problematic. I was out-signed by most of the people at the bowling alley - and therefore he wouldnt listen to me. Then when we got home before his parents, he wouldnt go to bed/sleep because they weren't there. Awesome. So he was angry with me. As usual, I walked away from work very frustrated, upset, and in a bad mood.

Got back, watched TV and finally ate dinner (at midnight...) then went to bed.

Sunday:

Woke up late. Did poop tons of homework. Mother tells me I'm a quitter (because I need to withdraw from genetics), and I'm not smart enough for med-school. As well as "you're always looking for your ego to be petted - you need to be grown up. Just stop trying to be something you're not, and pick a realistic major." Awesome. I'm going to go cry now. So much for parental support.

So what have we learned this weekend?

Sarah is better at foreign languages when innhebriated
Sarah won't be going to med-school
And, Vermont doesn't believe in heat.
