Chemical Warfare
Have finally finished cleaning the oven by sorting the greasy racks out with OvenPride (the one with the bags) that is "so easy even a MAN can do it". Well, it does do pretty much what it says on the tin, pricey as it may be. I only have a tiny sink so not endlessly scrubbing with bits of burnt-on gunk and chemicals flying off everywhere was a bit of a bonus.
Especially after nearly asphyxiating myself with Mr Muscle oven cleaner doing the interior. I do love all these sprays that you mustn't get on any given number of parts of the oven whilst apparently being so easy etc. The glass door *still* isn't totally sparkling, but given the state it was in and the amount of time I am prepared to spend on the sodding thing then it will have to do, so there!
And the fridge freezer got defrosted too. All over the edge of my carpet, which then decided to whiff like cat wee for some reason... Found 1001 No Vac Carpet & Upholstery Freshener sorted that out okay though.
You never know, I might even get the kickboard put in under the sink cupboards next.
