Oh No It Isn't

It's that time of year again. Well, not quite THAT time but it's coming and so here beginneth rehearsals for the pantomine. This year it is Mother Goose - one of the lesser known stories. Be interesting to see how anyone measures up to John Inman who is famed for the titled role, but I digress. I was actually a bit apprehensive about going tonight and worried that perhaps this year would not be as fun as last. However I shouldn't have worried. Lots of familiar faces it was nice to catch up with and we jumped straight on in with the music and movement. Started in on a couple of medley numbers, plus 'Flash Bang Wallop' which we also started the choreography for. Boy, were we sweaty at the end!

Being naughty and silly girl I hadn't really eaten today (4 slices of toast doesn't really cut it for sustaining energy) so I ended up getting some Chinese takeaway on the way home. I also hadn't thought about taking some drink with me (or buying some on the way) so I was gasping by the time I got in. New month - time to get back into good habits.

Exciting things might be happening on the company front. I say exciting, I mean in a businessy, earning money, more variety type way. Nice and cryptic? Heheh. If it pans out I think things will be quite cool, but I don't wanna get my hopes up or jinx it so maybe more if/when it comes together.

Is anyone else irked by those Asda advert with the kids singing classic tunes? I thought 'Don't Stop Me Now' was bad enought but they topped it with 'Pretty Woman'. Mercy! indeed.
