[Somewhere in the forest there's the sound of a very annoyed growl as Scar attempt to catch something to eat. Not the easiest task for a lion in a forest full of trees. Add in the fact that he's really not used to hunting his own food... and well, you get one annoyed Lion as a deer gets away, not after he manages to claw at its hindquarters.

[Wonder Woman is glaring at Scar from a few feet in the air. Having read the guide, she knows this is some sort of experiment, but she really doesn't care if she's affected (which she is) since she always speaks her mind, anyway. Diana doesn't know that he can talk yet, considering all she's seen are his thought bubbles, but she suspects he can.]

And the lioness has to hunt because apparently the "King" cannot do the job himself.

[The old Lion tenses and glances around before finally looking well, up. Can humans fly? He frowned a bit.]

((The thought bubble was littered with his confusion. He didn't think the wings were strong enough for something like that.))

I have other responsibilities to attend to naturally. Unfortunately, this place is rather lacking when it comes to my usual duties. So of course, naturally I am... a little out of practice.

((And unless you are going to be of assistance, perhaps you should buzz off and go bother someone else.))

[A thought bubble pops up above Diana's head, and it pictures Scar flying across the forest after she punches him.]

Duties that take priority over feeding yourself?

[Oh he sees that. Well now... best not to anger her further. He crouches down a little, his tail lashing behind him as claws dig into the ground.]

One must take care of their kingdom and attend to their royal duties.

(( I know that you damn woman! But I am a King! One does not just stop being a King! Not after what I had to accomplish to become one! All that planing! I may be away from my kingdom but I AM STILL A KING!))

[His claws dig further into the dirt as he wings moved in agitation. Perhaps it was best if he stormed off. He growls a bit and turns away and begins to slink off into the forest. ]

[Diana is tempted to go after him, but after a moment decides to fly in the opposite direction. She doesn't think it would be wise to make enemies.]
