still, the perpetrators seem to already have a serious understanding of PHP and HTML code in general so that would infer that this isn't a case of ripping off the code in order to understand how things are working - this *appears* to be taking the design and adopting it for their own purposes.
i am in no way at all opposed to the idea of trying to take a design that you like and taking elements of it and adopting it into your own style - but i personally feel that there are way too many similar elements to just shrug it off and let them get away with passing it off as their own work.
of course, it's a bit difficult for me to have an objective view about all this - i guess if enough people tell me that the designs really aren't that parallel then i'd probably have a much easier time letting this go.

i have absolutely nothing planned, other than a brief dinner at my pop's place in order to make up for a missed dinner invitation yesterday. otherwise i'll probably just hit the gym, go home and do some work.
love parade doesn't sound too bad - nothing that interesting ever happens in wilmington! be sure to turn heads with that harmonica of yours, and maybe it'll be the catalyst to vaulting your minor crush into something special. hehe
and eventually we do need to sit in person and talk!
