1. What did you do in 2008 that you'd never done before?
Hmm, theres none, but to adjust the question to "What did you do that you'd never thought you would do?" and the answer is to move back home.
2. Did you keep your New Year's Resolutions, and will you make more for next year?
I didnt make any NYRs and I will not make any for 2009.
3. Did anyone close to you give birth?
Not yet - I have a couple of friends who are pregnant and their babies are due anytime!
4. Did anyone close to you die?
No, no one close to me died, but two friends of close friends have passed away and it were upsetting.
5. What countries did you visit?
I didnt leave the US this year.
6. What would you like to have in 2009 that you lacked in 2008?
I would be able to travel more and start my life with Mike in Oregon!
7. What dates from 2008 will remain etched upon your memory, and why?
March 20th 2008 is the date of the mugging, and it changed my whole view of the world.
8. What was your biggest achievement of the year?
I'm still alive - thats quite an achievement
9. What was your biggest failure?
Not able to move out west to Oregon
10. Did you suffer any illness or injury?
Vertigo attacks and my sense of security from the mugging.
11. What was the best thing someone bought you?
Im not a materialist, but groceries that friends bought me while i was recovering from my mugging helped.

My mother and my honey Mike - for her big heart to help me move out of DC in spite of her money problems, and Mike for his patience and understanding.

My former neighborhood in DC
14. Where did most of your money go?
To my mother's financial debt - wanted to reduce it to a point where she would be able to live on her own money rather than on a crazy cycle of credit cards.

I was excited to go to move to Oregon...

Im kinda in between the two emotions.

My mini belly have made its appearance this year.

Im kinda poorer in the monetary sense, but im richer in the nonmaterial sense.

Traveling - I love to travel, but monetary issues have prevented that.

That i would have moved to Oregon to live with my honey, but fate has decreed it that I help my mother first.

My fashion is comfy t shirts or nice dress shirts with designer jeans
