So. Yes. Remember how I said once I was done with the mini-bang for au_bigbang I'd be all done with my big bang commitments? Well...they extended the deadline for rough drafts at heroinebigbang, which I had dropped out of because I hadn't signed up for a Wholock fic and had so much on my plate.
I kinda dropped back in. For a Wholock fic. Focusing on Amy. Set between my crossbigbang entry and my scifibigbang entry.
::sigh:: I have no willpower to keep from signing up for these things... But at least it's a mini-bang, 5K - 10K. I can do that no problem, considering I hit 8,990 words in two days for my au_bigbang mini-bang. But that presents a problem because I have less than 1.5K words left and I don't have an ending yet, so this will be another 15K entry.
So I have an open letter for my muse.
Dear muse,
First off, know I love you. The month when I was on the meds that took away my ability to care about anything, including writing? I was miserable. I hated my days. I longed to write. And thank you for all the words you've given me in the last month. I've written at least 70K worth of story, and I'm proud of all of it. This series is very much my baby, my pride and joy.
But could I ask a favor? Could you give me inspiration for stuff other than Wholock? I owe unwritten_icons Bleach fic. And don't say you gave me the straight Sherlock story; as I was writing it I know you intended it to be prequel for my Wholock series disguised as Sherlock fic. I love this fandom, but I want to write some other stuff, too. My girl Prentiss is leaving again. Couldn't I write some CM fic? There's challenges at onceuponaland that involve writing, and it was hard enough churning out a 350 or so word fic about the Easter Bunny. I still want to write Wholock, but please give me some other stuff too?
