((ooc: Sasuke. Oh Sasuke. We're going to say that he's been staying under the radar for a while. Mostly because of Itachi. He's also not very happy that his fire abilities aren't working. And he's only walking in the water because he's trying to save his chakra/walking on water abilities for when he really needs them. If he's even allowed to do that that :3 <3))
