new weather modification bills ...for weather and "other" purposes

funny ....you don't look evil!

Ladies and Gentlemen, meet U.S. Senator Kay Baily Hutchison (R. Tex). She's introduced a bill which in many ways will signal a major change in people's perception of the entire climate debate. The nice Senator has launched Bill S. 2170, THE WEATHER MODIFICATION RESEARCH AND TECHNOLOGY TRANSFER AUTHORIZATION ACT.

Much like Senator Mike Crapo's (his name, not what i think of his bill) Bill S-517 `Weather Modification Research and Technology Transfer Authorization Act of 2005'. I guess S-517 was tailored too much for business and not enough for evil or something...

It is high time that this was brought out into the open ...even though it's been illegal for 35 years it's pretty much 'common knowledge' (at least in the tin-foil hat community) that this has been going on unabated. And now, as for legitimacy, even the Senator has acknowledged that (and I quote);

"These efforts have been used in the U.S. for more than 50 years to reduce crop and property damage, optimize useable (sic) precipitation during growing seasons and lessen the impact of periodic, often severe droughts(ctd)..."

"....The weather modification projects in Texas and other States in the U.S. are much more than well considered responses to drought. They are trying to use the latest technological developments in the science to chemically squeeze more precipitation out of clouds. Moisture that is needed to replenish fresh-water supplies in aquifers and reservoirs."

So that's their plan for combating global warming. Wow. I guess when i look up at the sky and see a crosshatched series of Frankenclouds, i no longer have to worry about being paranoid-delusional, they are making the clouds!

Sheesh! that doesn't make me feel any better.... well maybe if y'all write a email or letter to Senator Hutchison, let her know what you think... i know i will
