I'm on the queue for AO3, since that seems to be where all the fanfic happens now? I'll be posting all my old stuff there, and cross-posting any new stuff. Like this. This is new. Incredible! Writing new GW fic in 2017

Wasn't sure you'd remember my username ^^; I'm really not on LJ anymore (I think I've posted once in the last 5 years, last time was more than 2 years ago...) so I was really surprised to get en alert from LJ about you posting again! I'm not big on social media to say to truth, I've got a tumblr but hardly ever use it (I never really understood how to interact with people on it :( ) and a Twitter that I rarely visit :D

On AO3 you can subscribe to an author (or to a serie of fics or to on single story) but there is no "private message" tool so the only way to speak to an author is by leaving (or answering) a review - which, I believe, can only be public? Not sure, I hardly ever received reviews on AO3, like I said fics in French don't get much attention on this website). That's something I'm really missing on AO3 TBH. ... Not the reviews, the PM thing! :D I'm really missing the interaction I used to have with forums and communities...

You can also bookmark and rec fics but I'm not really sure how that works (is the author informed? that's the difference between the two options?). I think there are lots of useful options but I'm afraid I won't be much help onthe author side of things, I'm mostly a reader there.
