Musician's Friend Sucks.
So we ordered a $700 recording interface this week, which was to come with a free 80 gig hard drive. Get the package today, and WHOOPS. They forgot to send the damn $700 ITEM!!! Only sent the harddrive. And the harddrive doesn't work. This is ridiculous. And they aren't responding to our emails and when we called they just said they'd mail out our "missplaced" item. I've worked in customer service, I don't understand how a mistake like that gets made. Grrrrr *venting*
