Europe pt.2
Had the best time in the Netherlands. First I started off in Amsterdam. I'll leave it at that. Awesome.
The big game: Aus v Ned, Rotterdam, De Kuip Stadion. My god, what a fucking day, was one of the biggest games our boys had ever played, not the best by any means, but to come out with a 1 all draw...absolutely amazing.
I then spent a couple of days with my dutch relo's in the south of Holland 'Breda'. Saw the small village from which my mothers side of the family comes from. So much history in this part of the world. I headed into Belgium for a day, did a bit of a beer brewery tour into Brugge. Soooooo tasty.
Now I'm in Ohrnberg, just outside the aussie camp in Ohringer. As some may of found out by now on the 7:30 report back home and the sydney morning herald, I am having a total blast of a time. The germans absolutely love us, they hardly ever let me pay for a drink, and they are so hospitable its scary.
