I really don't re-post news stories much, but here is one that just angers me; a man kills a woman for backing out of his racist ceremony and is deemed too "dumb" to stand trial. Are you fucking kidding me? If Henry Lee Lucas and Ottis Toole can stand trial- and they were some really dumb mother-fuckers-- then this piece of shit can. Better yet, let's just drag him behind a pick-up truck until his eyes pop out of their sockets and then hang him on a fence pole and burn him! Oh wait... that would not be cool at all-- never mind.
Kidding aside, I think it's pretty fucked up that someone has to be tutored in order to be competent to stand trial. Can someone really be that incredibly stupid ignorant? I reckon so.
So, off of that topic-- it supposed to be damn near 80 degrees this week and that means that finally we will be seeing some of that Summer weather! Hopefully Abby and I can go hiking this weekend if she feels up to it. We have not been to Allegany State Park in a while and I miss that place! I just hope that this summer doesn't get bungled up like last summer and we can actually do these things! Grrr
