Call me a sell out for actually buying these pre-made waffles, but it's damn convenient. I am not a waffle person at all, but they are Nutrigrain and pretty low calorie. Add some sugar-free Smuckers blackberry jam and some hot blackberries and it's damn good. I really dislike pancake syrup with a passion and this way is much more yummy (and healthy) than that maple syrup bullshit.
So, it's January 2nd and I have decided that my New Year's resolution will be to add 10 pounds of muscle to my body. So far I have done a good job with muscle toning, however I am staying at around 166 pounds when I should be at 175 pounds for my body. I need to gain back some weight and I want it to be muscle- wish me luck!
