FAST FOOD SUCKS

So, Abby and I go out to eat on Sunday and we generally eat "healthy" shit- generally Subway. However, we started going to Red Robin and such. We figured things with grilled chicken can't be that bad for you. So, out of curiosity I checked nutrition information and saw that their grilled chicken sandwiches have over 1,000 calories and 50 grams of fat! How the fuck can you fuck up a grilled chicken sandwich to the point that it becomes a danger? A portion of grilled chicken is what- 250 calories and 6 grams of fat? A sandwich may have 1.5 servings, then cheese, and toppings may add another 150 calories and 5-6 grams of fat. I just don't get how places like this can fuck up grilled chicken! Can someone give me some insight on this? Do they marinate the shit in pork fat? So, with a grilled sandwich that you think can't be so bad for you, fries (400 calories 25 grams of fat) and soft drink (I drink diet) 400+ calories you are now eating MORE calories than I take in a day and more fat than I take in 2 days. Man this shit will KILL you- never again will I eat in those places!
