Intro bit for the shire web page
I want to put this up as an intro to the sca on our web page, can folks comment on it. Also if someone could translate it to Hebrew that would be great!
The Shire of Beit Aryeh is the Israeli chapter of the Society for Creative Anachronism(SCA). The SCA is an international group dedicated to recreating the best aspects of the middle ages and renaissance. We are part of the Kingdom of Drachenwald which covers Europe as well as South Africa, Israel and the rest of the Middle East.
We are a reasonably small and new group, but we are working on having regular meetings, programs and events. We have a number of things planned over the next few years. If you would like more information on us visit our mailing list or our Community on Live Journal
