3 Days 'till Christmas!!!
Sooo yesterday I was a lazy bum for most of the day. I helped my mom wrap gifts because some of our friends were comming over later. Around 3:30 I went upstairs to straighten my hair. At about 4:30, my mom called me downstairs and was like, ummm, I don't have a present for Caroline. So I had to go to the Chandlery and buy Caroline a Vera Bradley purse. It's really weird because when you park in the parking lot right next to the store, this guy asks you where you are going. If you are going to the Chandlery, he's like, oh, you can go. But if it's anywhere else, he'll charge you $3! Kinda weird... Anywho I came home and sat around for a while to wait for our guests to arrive. I sat and watched Alice in Wonderland for a while. Then I called my aunt Kathleen because I received a package in the mail from her and I didn't know if it was my late birthday present or if it was a christmas present. Anywho it ended up being my late birthday present, so I got to open it. It is a really pretty orange sweater from J Crew (and it's super soft!). She also got me a matching belt to go with it. It's so cute I can't wait to wear it. Also before everyone was at my house, I asked my dad to load my iTunes software onto the pc. And he did, so now I can put all of my cds on my iPod, hopefully before I leave for Colorado. Anywho (I've been saying that a bit too much, sorry) once everyone was here, my mom took dinner orders (we ordered Chinese!). While we were waiting for the food, Kaci and Caroline and I went into the living room and chatted. We were very anxious to open presents. After dinner we opened our presents. Kaci and Caroline loved their Veras. The Baucnects (sp?) got me this really cute bright pink purse and matching wallet, which I love. The Herrons gave me this really pretty light green sweater from the GAP. I tried it on last night, and it was too big, so we're going to the Avenue today to exchange it. They also got me this gorgeous watermelon colored scarf and a matching flower pin. I'm excited. I went up to my room to find something when I heard my cell phone ring. It was my cousin, Megan! She called to thank me for the Vera Bradley that I bought for her. She loved it. She was so excited. But then I was like, hey, why did you open your Christmas present already? I never realized that they did that. They aren't very religious. They open their gifts as they come in the mail. Lol. I better go get ready, I don't know when Mrs. Leisha is comming to pick me up to go to the Avenue. Peace out ~
