Jamie update
Jamie did come home Thursday. He still has some jaundice, so they sent a "bili bed" home with him so he could be "under the lights" to help break down the bilirubin. We are taking him back to the hospital in about 45 minutes to have them check him again and see if he still needs to use the bed.
Jamie is dressed in the same sleeper that Lauren came home in.
Mother and son are ready to go.
They are not in any hurry to send patients home from the hospital! It seems to take at least an hour from when you are officially discharged to when you can actually leave. We also had a little incident where a part of the car seat popped out when I was trying to tighten the straps. Fortunately I was able to fix it!
All snug and safe in the car seat.
When he arrived at his new home, the kids had to hold him.

Jamie was not happy to be in the bili bed, so Princess Lauren read a book to him to try to calm him down.
Jamie was not impressed by his bath.
He had a pretty good night, all things considered.
