No work on the novel, but I did a rewrite of one of my favorite stories (5500 words) and submitted it to a market.
Kung Fu
Did Yang 88 and a little of Wu. Legs were shaking through most of the form. Breathing was heavy. Man am I out of shape.
Guitar
Practiced barre chords again until my hand cramped. I can't imagine I'll ever be able to do this easily, but I'll keep on going an hoping :)
