1) Went to Kung Fu (Did Yang 88, Xingyi An Shen Pao, Xingyi Zhan Zhuang (15 mins on one posture, 5 on another).)
2) Went to gym (Rode stationary bike for ~31 mins -- and realized I could read on it, so read two Paris Review interviews.)
3) Wrote (+1,000 words on a new short story, plus I sketched an outline of the rest of it -- so hopefully it won't STAY a fragment).
4) Got encouraging feedback from selfavowedgeek, so submitted my Robert Johnson short story.
5) Played guitar (relearned/practiced Scarborough Fair)
6) Lifted some Kettle Bells (Did ~8 Snatch and Cleans. Inspired by displacedtexan, I tried some Turkish Get Ups. The video I used broke it down to five moves/stages, and you do 5 reps of each stage as you get up. Managed it on the right side, but got stuck half-way on the left. 35lb kettlebells. Ugh.)
7) Spent some time on the couch with the wifey.

Septfecta? Heptfecta? I'm running out of words here. Time to create new ones.
