Wrote about 700 words yesterday, played four of my basic songs on guitar (no chords tho), and went to kung fu for the first time in forever.
And a great Kung Fu it was! I was shown the Beijing Yang Taiji 10 form, though I didn't quite learn it. I also learned 1/2 of Chen Taiji Dao and 2/3 of Shaolin Dao Basic Form. I had dabbled once with each of these, but I actually can remember these now. I also practiced Shaplin Staff on my own.
I also lifted a little weights last night and this morning. I've been doing them on and off for a while now. Nothing intense, just some Power-to-the-People style 3-rep max sets of Side Military Press and Deadlifts.
My maxes are pretty pitiful right now, but you have to start somewhere.
