Apex Magazine!!
Apex Magazine -- a semi-pro SFH market that has 10 honorable mentions in the Years Best Fantasy and Horror (that's a lot folks!) -- is having a subscription drive so they can pay writers more.
A subscription is US$16 -- pretty cheap for such high quality fiction -- and if they can hit 500 new subscriptions, they can become a Pro-Market according to the SFWA.
