Dit Da Jao/Tieh Ta Chiao

Since Saturday, my ankles had been feeling weak. It's like when you know you're just about to break, but you're not there yet...

I thought I would have to take a couple of weeks off to heal, but my Kung Fu Shrfu told me he would bring some Tieh Ta Chiao (more commonly known as Dit Da Jao).

The stuff looks like soy sauce and smells like myrrh.

Another guy in class had been through a car accident, and he needed some too. At the beginning of each rubbed some Jao into our injuries and in just a couple of minutes we were both feeling fine.

My ankles didn't just feel pain free -- they didn't even feel unstable any more. Very cool.

I've been researching Jao (a.k.a., Jow) online, and I've found out that the stuff is even more potent if you brew it yourself instead of buying it from the store.

I think I will have to learn how to make the stuff -- Da Dit Jao seems indespensible for Amtgarding.
