So we had a birthday party for me and a few other guys up here at work. Someone brought a re-breakable board up, and they dared me to break it. I went through it like butter (of course).
Then everyone else wanted to break it, so I ended up teaching a lot of people how to do a palm-heel strike. Most of the guys and the girls could break it. Only two girls (both very small and with very small arms) could not break the board.
One girl tried 5 times, and the fifth time she went through it like butter. She just kept htting the wrong spot on the board. :)
Everyone seems amazingly confident now, with a swagger in their steps. They all seemed to have a lot of fun!
