You've been telling me that this document is "almost done" and should be ready "today or tomorrow" for three weeks now. I would rather know if it's going to be three more weeks, or if I can *actually* expect to have the requirements for the system I'm working on significantly before the deadline by which I'm supposed to have implemented the requirements that I don't yet have.
