So, as you all know I am hopelessly in love with Neil Patrick Harris. Yeah, I know. Pathetisad. You know what I love most about him? HE CAN SING!!! I was a born and raised musician, and so someone who can sing automatically wins bonus points in my book. In fact, nothing makes my heart pound faster than an impromptu duet with a guy. Great list, dude.

I *need* the Lyrics to "If you can't find me..."

Hey, where's "Neil's turn"???? Add it!

Lyrics are at

is that what you're looking for?

Oh and I've already added Pirelli's Miracle Elixir (Yeah good luck singing that. God bless you Neil, Brand New Day must have been a breeze compared to that). I think I'll add Neil's turn too... once I've heard it. I still haven't listened to the Commentary! yet. I fear the awesomeness. I need to see it with a friend.

Wow - loads of spelling mistakes but YAY!!! I've NEVER seen those lyrics online before. I think I love you! :D

And yeah, Pirelli's and "Got that's good" are SO difficult to sing. As is practically all Sondheim. Because he's evil.

I really love Take Me To The World/When too. They break my heart.

I love you, Neil.

Awww. I love you too.

Sondheim is evil. Have you ever heard the Forbidden Broadway skit "Into the words"? It basically makes fun of Sondheim's impossible to sing wordy lyrics.

Btw, It took me two weeks for the entirety of Brand New Day. I've been listening to Assassins for about a month now and I still stutter sometimes over that one part in Ballad of Czolgosz.

"The temple of music by the tower of light between the fountain of abundance and the court of lilies at the great pan-american exposition in Buffalo"

That's a mouthful. Brand New Day at least flows. Sondheim is just so random.

Oh god, yes, I haven't even attempted to learn assassins off by heart. But I just *had* to learn Brand New Day. I remember when the comic con bootleg videos came out last summer and giggling over him swearing about learning it and then apologising to the audience for his swearing! Bless Neil. He's just so adorable!

I think I like the Ballad of Booth best. Just because he does that REALLY cute face. Or Guiteau, just because of the scary hanging at the end which makes me jump! Czolgosz is very silly!

God I love assassins.

Never seen the skit of Into The Woods. Is it available on the interwebz anywhere?

He IS adorable! I want to hug him! I want to tell him to swear all you want I don't mind. Actually it kinda makes me giggle. He's so cute.

Guiteau makes me laugh just at the fact that he is the special kind of crazy. I wiki-ed all the assassins and apparently he actually wanted orchestral accompaniment for his recitation of "I am going to the lordy" at his hanging. Imagine that! If it wasn't for the killing, I'd want him around just for my own amusement.

"Look on the bright side, Look on the bright side, sit on the right side of the lord!"

As for learning it, I have Unworthy of your love and Czolgosz memorized. I'm working on Booth and Guiteau, as well as Anthem. Also on my plate is La Vie Boheme. I need to learn these because they get stuck in my head and it's much easier to sing when you know the entire song.

As for Into the Words, you can get it off itunes. Or I dunno, maybe you can't being from UK. If you really want it I will find some stuff to burn and upload it for you. And yes, in the skit, they mention Assassins.
