Really? Really? That's like asking me to choose a favorite child. Actually, most of these questions are like that. So, there's a few BUNCH that are getting picked.
Oh, and it would be VERY easy to pick the awesome all powerful super quotes. But I'm not. I'm intentionally going for the minor lines that I just loved, even though they weren't that important.

The following is a joke I have with my BFF about how to paraphrase the dynamic between the Third Doctor and The Brig. Specifically events like the Nick of Time incident in Mind of Evil.

Three: BITCH BITCH MOAN
Brig: Nice to see you too.

The inverse can also be true. Now it's usually not quite that bad, but really for as close as these two are they grumble at each other a lot. But then you have that moment in The Daemons. Again I make a humorous generalization.

Brig: Fine. *hangs up*
