BigBang update
The other day, I hit 10K in my story for crossbigbang, as well as the first major turning point in the plot. I was floundering for a little yesterday, but I've got the rest of the plot sorted out. Right now I'm still around 11K, but once I get the ball rolling again, it should go more smoothly. However, I find myself more in a mood to talk about the fic than to write the fic; you all know how that goes. Silly brain.
This story (it's a continuation of the Eastern Promises/Batman Beyond crossover, with a liberal addition of Veronica Mars and a number of other sources of greater or lesser obscurity) is not going to finish in a really resolved sort of place, even if I get it to where I want it to go. Which is on the other side of a lot of plot. We'll see how verbose it turns out; I may just chop it off really early and pick up the thread when I have time.
