You may be astonished to see the images of Actors and Actresses in the daily magazines, imagine how splendid they are and how good looking. Even it is hard to notice a single scar on their face. How is it possible, their daily diet, gym or the latest sunscreen therapy by Robert Williams? I should say none of them.
The only way it is possible is through glamour photography or through image editing techniques such as image restoration and retouching. You can create a tom cruise from your photograph.

I do not guarantee that you can look exactly like Tom cruise after photo retouching; to do that you need to affix his face onto your body or to take his photograph and say “ hey this is me “. But you can get a look similar to any actor.
