Time to update
My entries here on LJ are very sporatic. I don't always think to log on here.
Since I last updated, Bryce had his fourth birthday and we survived one year of parenting twins. Jude and Jonah turning a year old was the exciting thing of the summer. They're both walking now. Jonah walked a couple of weeks before Jude, but now he has the hang of it too. They're both learning new words. They're
Kobe has been staying with me since the very end of May. Social services removed Kobe and his siblings from his mother's home. She has to attend parenting classes in order to get them back, but she hasn't even attempted doing that yet. Stacy and I are happier than he's here because he has an established routine. He is doing much better here than he was when he spent half of his time with his mom. Sometimes I think that she doesn't care if she gets her children back, which makes me sad.
The older kids started back to school on August 1st. So far they are all enjoying it. Kobe has had a few issues because his classroom is complete chaos *sigh*. He wouldn't be any better in the other kindergarten. Bryce started headstart on August 17th. He had a great first day. He loves one of his teachers, so it should be good a year for him.
As for me, I still don't have a job. I do have an interview tomorrow morning. We'll see how that goes. I'm still in therapy and keeping lists of good things about every day. I just don't post them anymore. I'm sure they were boring to you. That's about all I have going on.
