[Sure, Smash Academy just had a Wolf but...this isn't him.  Not even by a longshot.  This is someone new--well, sort of--and different.  He's simply walking the halls with a nostalgic haze in his eyes, furred ears twitching and tail wagging.  You might find him sitting on a very specific bench.  Perhaps he's heading towards the stadium to see if anything is new?  Or maybe he's looking for someone in particular...  Who knows?  And are you going to talk to him?]
