His attention moved away from the flower and then to the star. Look at that shiny gem in the center!]

[Starmie does not like this lion staring in its direction.

It attempts a small water gun. SQUIRT. It's more of a warning than an attack, though.]

[OH IT WANTS TO FIGHT.

The lion pauses for a moment before crouching down a little lower to get ready to pounce.]

[Starmie reels back and unleashes multiple powerful water ringlets. They're coming for you, Fire Lion.]

[And then he jumps! He jumps pretty high into the air for a lion...

He avoids the water ringlets and dives right at the purple star with the red gem!]

[And so Starmie falls right back and is pinned by giant scary fire lion.]

S-Starmie! Hang in there! [POINT.] Go! Use Thunderbolt!

[Andddd ZAP.]

[eirtoeiu This thing has more than one type of ability! The lion lets a loud roar out and let's go. He stumbles back and shakes his head, trying to get rid of the slight dizzy feeling.

TIME TO GET SRS

He starts dashing at the Starmie, flames enveloping his body. It's a flaming ball of fire rushing at you now!]

[Andddd it hits. And Starmie goes FLYING. It has some nasty scorch marks on its body now. It was probably suffering a horrible burn.]

[The Pokemon falls flat on its 'face'. Misty seems honestly horrified. She looked up at the burning lion, her face full of terror and disgust.]
