It's terrible to hear that you don't have someone to treat any of you (should you get hurt) at the moment, which is why I came here so quickly when hearing about your situation! There should always be someone on standby in the case that you would need immediate treatment, check-ups or medicines when necessary.
I'm also thinking of giving a couple classes on first-aid. I think it would be important for the students (and even teachers) to learn the basics of first aid should you be in situations where help can't get to you immediately.
