Just got sent this from someone. This petition is regarding the use of the La Honda Creek open space area. They are planning on closing more of it off from mountain bikers. I ask this question... if mountain bikers can't use it but equestrian riders can, why is it called 'open space'. Does it mean 'open' if you have money to pay off the people who manage it?
